- The parents/guardians should see that the fees are paid for each month and fee receipts/records should be preserved for the future reference.
- Fees are to be paid for 12 full months: From February to January. No reduction is made for holidays and other off-days.
- No students will be allowed to sit for the examination without all dues being cleared.
- Pupils joining or leaving the school in between the academic year will have to pay the fees for 12 months, including the annual fees.
- Absence from examination does not mean exemption from fees.
- School fees and other dues are liable to be revised periodically.
